Ryan W. Corrigan

Mr. Corrigan practices in the areas of intellectual property (IP) disputes and transactions, as well as business transactions. His IP practice encompasses trademarks, trade dress, copyrights, computer law, Internet law, license agreements, trade secrets, copyright registration, and state, federal (Patent and Trademark Office) and foreign trademark registration; providing strategic counseling, conducting clearance searches and assisting with selection of trademarks; preparing licensing and other IP agreements; and prosecuting and defending trademark proceedings before the USPTO’s Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and trademark infringement actions in federal court throughout California. His business/corporate practice includes entity formation, preparing and negotiating business contracts, and providing on-going advice to businesses. He also counsels clients regarding privacy, IP, advertising, and security issues companies face when doing business online.

Admitted to California Bar, California and U.S. District Courts throughout California.
