Dowling, Aaron & Keeler’s Real Estate and Land Use Practice Group represents a wide variety of clients, including industrial, commercial, agricultural, financial institutions and residential clients. Some of the areas of practice experience include:

Purchase and Sale of Real Estate
Purchase and sale agreements, non-taxable exchanges, secured financing, brokerage representation, environmental assessment, title review and other due diligence items.

Subdivision map and entitlement work, CEQA compliance, development agreements, construction contracts, water and agricultural matters, Williamson Act withdrawal, redevelopment matters and environmental issues.
