Trust and estate litigation is multi-faceted and, accordingly, so are DAK’s services. This practice group defends wills and trusts, codicils and amendments, and represents clients questioning the validity of such documents. The group assists and counsels fiduciaries regarding the administration of trusts and estates, including defending them in actions brought by beneficiaries. DAK likewise represents beneficiaries and heirs in disputes with personal representatives and trustees. Such matters include accountings, will and trust contests, disputes over the propriety of actions taken by the fiduciary, and disputes over the distribution of assets.
