Education: Brigham Young University (B.S., 1989; J.D., magna cum laude, 1992). Order of the Coif. Member, Brigham Young Law Review, 1990-1992. Member: Fresno County Bar Association (Business Law; Real Property; Estate Planning and Probate Sections); State Bar of California.
Mr. Lindenau is a the Chairman of the Business Transactions Department and practices in the areas of business and corporate law, venture capital transactions, trademark, commercial transactions, real estate law, estate planning and probate.
