John C. Ganahl

Born Los Angeles, California, July 15, 1944. Admitted to Bar 1970, California; 1974, U.S. District Court, Eastern District of California. Education: University of Notre Dame (B.A., 1966); University of California at Davis (J.D., 1969). Beta Alpha Psi. Deputy Legislative Counsel, California State Legislature, 1970-1972. Member, Board of Directors 1974-1978, and Secretary 1975-1978, Fresno County Legal Services, Inc. Alumni Senator, University of Notre Dame, 1976-1981. Member: Fresno County Bar Association; State Bar of California (Business Law and Intellectual Property Law Sections. Delegate, Conference of Delegates, 1980-1983). Community Service: 1978 to present, Founding member and pro bono legal counsel to Ag One; School of Agricultural Sciences and Technology, California State University, Fresno. Member: Board of Directors 1991-1993, Fig Garden Rotary; Member, Board of Directors 1999 – Present, Fresno Zoological Society.

Mr. Ganahl is a member of the Business Transactions Department and engages in a wide variety of business transactional matters. He specializes in the areas of business acquisitions and sales, business financing, business startups, securities and trust administration.
