    Keith’s practice focuses on business, commercial and professional negligence litigation, with an emphasis in disputes arising from construction projects.

    Keith provides project owners, general contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, and suppliers with business and litigation advice at all phases of the project, from negotiating and drafting construction contracts, to working through disputes as they arise on a project, and if necessary, litigating disputes in federal or state courts.

    In addition to his construction law practice, Keith handles civil cases dealing with breach of contract, commercial debt collection, corporate and partnership disputes, real property, agricultural issues, legal malpractice, and personal injury.
