Born Hanford, California, in 1949.

Since joining the firm, Mr. Weiland has served as chair of the Litigation Department, as a member of the Board of Directors, and as President and Chief Operating Officer. He is currently chair of the Construction Litigation Department and the Public Agency Department and is experienced in all phases of construction litigation and municpal law. Mr. Weiland specializes in professional liability defense for design professionals and attorneys. He also serves as the City Attorney for the City of Sanger, California. In addition to his advocacy work, Mr. Weiland also offers arbitration and mediation services firm’s ADR Department.
