Brian E. Qualls
Brian’s clients rely upon him for advice in structuring their personal and business affairs in a proactive manner, as well as resolving (or avoiding) disputes with creativity and tact. His years of experience as a professional communicator and presenter enable Brian to educate his clients about the legal process in a way that makes it easy to understand and implement. Brian’s emphasis on relationships and attention to detail have made him a highly sought-after attorney, even relatively early on in his legal career.
In the planning stage, Brian utilizes various tools to assist individuals and families in protecting their loved ones and passing on a legacy. Rather than adopting a “one size fits all” approach, he listens to his client’s goals and concerns, and responds accordingly. He will, however, be quick to counsel clients away from pitfalls that makes most estate plans fall short. “It’s not just about producing documents”, Brian says. “Anybody with a computer and a little bit of information can do that, which can cause real problems. It’s about a process involving education (both ways), and designing a competent plan that is reflected through cutting edge documents that are updated throughout the client’s lifetime, like we offer here at DAK.”
If you find yourself in need of dispute resolution, whether or not a lawsuit has been filed, Brian is definitely someone that you want to have on your team. He has a keen eye for deconstructing contracts and other agreements to his client’s benefit, and arguing those points with precision. Brian also takes pride in helping his clients enforce their rights and claims in creative ways that save them time, money, and stress whenever possible.
