    Paul joined Dowling, Aaron & Keeler in 2006 upon graduating from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California. During his tenure at law school, Paul served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Oliver W. Wanger, United States District Judge for the Eastern District of California, and he also clerked for Dowling, Aaron & Keeler. While at law school, Paul served as Chief Articles Editor for the Thomas Jefferson Law Review and was a member of the school’s Moot Court team.

    Paul is a member of Dowling, Aaron & Keeler’s Litigation and Public Agency Departments. While he practices in many areas of general civil litigation and public agency law, his practice focuses on construction, real estate, and land use litigation. Paul has assisted commercial and industrial contractors in payment disputes, lien rights, defect claims and professional negligence defense. Paul has also assisted title companies, lenders, and property owners in title and escrow matters, landlord-tenant disputes, easement rights, Williamson Act issues, and default and foreclosure matters. Paul has experience in various aspects of civil litigation including motion practice, pre- and post-judgment remedies, discovery, and alternative dispute resolution.
