    Kenton J. Klassen

    Kent is a trial lawyer who has taken more than thirty trials to jury verdict. Additionally, Kent has handled more than one hundred court trials to judgment. Kent represents clients throughout the state of California, and has tried cases from Sacramento County in the north to Orange County in the south. Kent’s trial work has centered on representing business owners, farmers and ranchers, common carriers (railroads, tour companies) and private individuals in contract disputes, real estate disputes, probate litigation disputes, as well as common carrier disputes. Kent also provides advice to business owners as well as to railroads, contractors, transportation companies and automobile dealers. Kent has also handled appeals for clients before the Fifth District Court of Appeal.

    Kent is a member of the National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel, the State Bar of California, and the Federal Courts in the Northern and Eastern Districts of California.

    Kent is the Board Chairman of Palm Village Retirement Community (Mennonite Brethren Homes)
