    Richard M. Aaron

    Joining Dowling, Aaron & Keeler in 1979, Mr. Aaron has devoted his entire legal career to the firm, serving clients and providing leadership for over 29 years. He currently serves as the firm’s Chief Executive Officer, and is a member of its Board of Directors.

    Mr. Aaron engages in a broad based business transaction practice, acting as general counsel to many companies involved in a wide variety of industries and service groups. In addition to counseling mature businesses, Mr. Aaron has guided a number of start-up companies through formation, fund-raising, development into an operating company, and execution of an exit strategy.

    Mr. Aaron also maintains a special expertise in health care, having formed and represented numerous professional corporations and medical groups throughout the state. He also practices extensively in the areas of mergers, sales and acquisitions, real estate, and corporate law. In addition, Mr. Aaron has been certified by the state bar as a Specialist in Probate, Estate Planning and Trust Law since 1991. His unique breadth of experience allows him to counsel business, corporate, professional and estate planning clients with a perspective that cohesively integrates a number of specialties in a way that offers clients cost-effective, practical solutions to their problems.

    In addition to managing a very busy practice, Mr. Aaron serves on the Boards of a number of for-profit and non-profit entities, and has been a frequent speaker and lecturer to professional, civic and trade associations

    Mr. Aaron is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma; Arbitrator, Judicial Arbitration Panel, Fresno County; Panel Member, American Arbitration Association; Lecturer, California Continuing Education of the Bar; Member, Fresno County Bar Association (Estate Planning, Income Tax and Probate Sections); State Bar of California (Business Law Section); American Bar Association (Business and Health Care Law Sections).
